What did you eat today? I didn't like my lunch from home, so I bought a salad. The Italian dressing and milk ranch were limited, so I asked the person for tomato sauce (intended for breadsticks). The person made a weird look at me, and gave me some.
So yeah, I just ate red salad.

For Breakfast: Nothing
For lunch: hot sliced turkey with gravy with mashed potatoes and gravy
For Dinner: Baked Chicken with hot sauce =P

Chocolate for breakfast, Peanut Butter sandwich for lunch, and Dinner hasn't happened for me yet.
If I didn't have a high metabolism, I probally wouldn't have gone for the Chocolate in the morning, but I seriously can't gain any weight unless it's muscle.

Tomorrow if I get Baby Corn I'll be able to make some decent stirfry.
And tomorrow in Cooking 30 we're making some Strawberry Cookies or something.

I had the must-have MILO shake for breakfast. I had about half a chicken and lettuce wrap for morning tea, and finished it along with an apple at lunchtime. Now I've just finished a bowl of pasta ad glass of milk.
I need all this food! I had dance this morning and I've got yoga in two hours.

For Dinner: hasn't happened yet.
when I came home from school, I ate some leftover chicken. then later on, I ate a slice of four cheese pizza and grapes.

B, don't go on diets. Just try to change a few little things in what you eat and your routines eventually shift. Eating the salad first on your evening meal will make you less hungry, so you'll eat less.
There's bookloads of those tips, but in general diets are kind of bad. I mean, you lose all of the weight while you're on the diet, hating life, and then you gain it all back the moment you get off the diet, unstarved but unwell.
I'm trying to cut down on my random eating. Instead of making a chocolate milkshake or a handful of chocolate chips (chocolate is my weakness XD) I'm trying to have a glass of water instead. I noticed that when I've got nothing to do, I eat heaps. So I'm trying to keep busy as well.

I wouldn't go on a diet either. I mean, they don't really work. I've been on diets so many times and trust me, I've cheated and gave up on every single one. but J_Hunter's right. just change your eating habits. or try reducing what you eat and try exercising more. I reduced what I ate and I lost over 70 pounds and I've been in the 120s ever since. (used to weigh almost 200 pounds. yikes.)
Well today:
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Eggroll with Chicken soup with chocolate milk
Dinner: didn't have that yet. it's only 4:10 pm here. :P
for a snack I had some chocolate chip cookies and milk. I need more calcuim in my diet. I've noticed that I only drink at least a cup of milk a day when I need at least 2-3 servings of dairy. >.>!
